CAMCO provides Water Damage Restoration for homeowners across Wilson, TN, a community in Wilson County located in Middle Tennessee, known for its rapid residential growth and proximity to the Cumberland River corridor.
Our crews work throughout the Lebanon Road area, near the Hartmann Drive corridor, and in neighborhoods close to Cages Bend Road. We understand how homes in these parts of Wilson County are built and what local weather patterns mean for water intrusion risks.
Our process begins with a full property assessment and moisture mapping. From there, we extract standing water, deploy industrial drying equipment, and treat all affected materials. We document everything and communicate clearly at every stage so there are no surprises.
During inspections, our technicians frequently discover mold growth alongside water damage, particularly in crawl spaces and wall cavities. In those cases, we handle mold remediation on the same visit so damage does not spread further while you wait for a separate crew.
We are currently scheduling projects in Wilson and the surrounding area. Call us today to book your consultation and get a damage assessment scheduled quickly.

After a fire, smoke and soot penetrate walls, ceilings, and HVAC systems. Our team removes all residue, deodorizes the structure, and restores your Wilson home to safe, livable condition.

Property damage takes many forms in Wilson, TN. Knowing what to look for can help you act before a small problem becomes a costly repair.
Burst pipes, failing water heaters, and appliance leaks are among the most common causes of interior water damage in Wilson homes. Middle Tennessee’s freeze-thaw cycles in winter put older supply lines under significant stress. Left untreated, water migrates into subfloors, wall cavities, and insulation quickly. CAMCO extracts standing water, dries the structure fully, and replaces all compromised materials to restore safe conditions.
House fires in Wilson can result from aging electrical systems, kitchen accidents, or heating equipment failures during cold snaps. Even a contained fire leaves smoke and soot embedded in walls, ceilings, and ductwork throughout the home. That residue is hazardous and causes persistent odor if not professionally removed. CAMCO uses specialized cleaning agents and equipment to eliminate smoke damage and restore the structure properly.
Wilson County’s humidity levels create ideal conditions for mold to thrive in crawl spaces, basements, and behind drywall after any moisture event. Homes with inadequate vapor barriers or poor ventilation are especially vulnerable. Mold can begin growing within 24 to 48 hours of a water intrusion event. CAMCO identifies the moisture source, removes all mold-affected material, and treats the area to prevent future colony growth.
Wilson, TN sits in a region prone to severe thunderstorms, high winds, and occasional hail, all of which can strip shingles, breach siding, and shatter windows in a single event. Once the building envelope is compromised, rain enters and causes rapid interior damage. Acting quickly is critical to preventing secondary water damage and mold. CAMCO secures the structure immediately, then completes full storm damage restoration from roof to interior finishes.

Camco and their PM Taylor have been amazing to work with. I am in a rental, through a large company. Often times the most unprofessional techs show up and explain very little. Taylor was kind and professional. There was clear communication every step of their scheduling process as well as work. Taylor even left my garage and the area of work cleaner than when work was started. Won't hesitate to use Camco for future project.Posted on Google

Taylor and Anthony with were absolutely wonderful to work with during a stressful water issue in my home. They communicated clearly every step of the way and always made sure I understood what was being done and why. They were quick to respond, personable, professional, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how dedicated they were to making sure everything was completely taken care of. They came by daily for 3 days to check the progress and took extra care to test and ensure there was no moisture left behind. Their attention to detail and consistency gave me a lot of peace of mind. I truly appreciated their hard work, professionalism, and kindness, and would highly recommend them to anyone.Posted on Google

When the ice storm of 2026 happened in Nashville, it damaged one of apartments from bursting pipes and water. I was told to find a "water mitigation" company by my insurance company. I was so glad to find Camco, already on another job on my street. They took charge of everything for me and also dealt directly with my insurance company and also acted promptly with great communication between us. Their employees did a great job for us. I highly recommend their services! Thank you Camco Construction!Posted on Google

Water Damage in a condo from a neighboring unit is never easy. I called CamCo the very night the water from upstairs was running through our smoke alarm. We discovered it was in our linen and hallway closests, in our kitchen cabinets upper and lower. A MESS! CamCo came and put in the dehumidifiers and took thermal picutures immediately. FINEALLY after playing pingpong with the other owners insurance, Our insurance made the claim and we were approved for every thing from asbestos abatement thru demo and reconstruction. Ryan, who is no longer there, Daniel McCurty who picked up Ryans place, Clint Cauthon and his team including Manor and Able (and a host of others I dont know the names of) did an excellent job of putting our Condo at Versailles Townhomes back togethter! As a past HOA Board member I had recommended CamCo and thier team company OneTom Plumbing many times. To my knowledge every workorder was completed professionally and at a fair price. As a Homeowner that experienced this calamity personally I can recommend them completely. If you have read this far I will give you a bit more. My husband was hospitalized for a broken leg when the originating event occured. In January he had a Liver Transplant and was just getting ready to come home after 122 days in the hospital when the work was approved and began. CamCo was extremely sensitive about all of our needs and we were actually able to be here through the entire experience. CamCo went way more than the extra mile. I will forever be grateful to this great team!Posted on Google

Costs in Wilson typically range from $1,500 for minor water intrusion up to $15,000 or more for extensive flooding with structural repairs needed. The final cost depends on the water source, affected square footage, and materials involved. CAMCO provides a detailed estimate after the initial assessment and works directly with your insurance carrier to maximize your claim.
Most water damage restoration projects in Wilson take between three and seven days for drying and mitigation, with reconstruction taking additional time depending on the scope of damage. Minor jobs with limited affected area can be completed in two to three days. CAMCO keeps you updated throughout the process so you always know what stage your project is in.
Permits in Wilson, TN depend on the scope of work involved. Mitigation and drying typically do not require permits, but structural repairs, electrical work, or plumbing replacements that are part of reconstruction may require permits through Wilson County’s building department. CAMCO handles permit coordination as part of the reconstruction process so you do not have to navigate that alone.
Most standard homeowner’s insurance policies in Wilson cover sudden and accidental water damage, such as a burst pipe or appliance failure, but not gradual leaks or flooding from outside the home without a separate flood policy. CAMCO works directly with your adjuster and provides thorough documentation to support your claim. We can help you understand your coverage before work begins.
