CAMCO provides Water Damage Restoration for homeowners across Williamson, TN, a county in Middle Tennessee known for its rolling hills, rapid residential growth, and proximity to the Harpeth River corridor.
Our crews regularly work in communities along Highway 96, near Franklin’s historic downtown, and throughout the Brentwood and Nolensville corridor. Homes in these areas often feature older construction mixed with newer builds, each presenting unique water intrusion challenges.
When we arrive, we assess the full scope of damage using moisture meters and thermal imaging. From there, we extract standing water, set up industrial drying equipment, document everything for your insurer, and complete all necessary repairs and reconstruction.
Alongside water damage work, our technicians frequently identify mold growth in damp wall cavities and crawl spaces. Catching and treating mold early protects your family’s health and prevents the problem from spreading behind finished surfaces.

Williamson homeowners face a range of property damage risks tied to local weather, soil conditions, and housing styles. Knowing the warning signs helps you act before damage gets worse.
Burst pipes, failed water heaters, and roof leaks from storm activity are among the most common reasons Williamson homeowners call us. Middle Tennessee’s freeze-thaw cycles in winter put stress on plumbing in older and newer homes alike. Signs include wet ceilings, warped flooring, and musty odors in walls. Our team extracts water quickly and dries the structure to prevent secondary damage and mold growth.
House fires in Williamson can spread rapidly through open-concept layouts common in newer construction throughout the county. Even a contained kitchen fire leaves behind soot and smoke odor that penetrates drywall, insulation, and HVAC systems. Many homeowners do not realize how far smoke damage travels until a professional assessment is done. CAMCO removes debris, treats affected surfaces, and eliminates odors so your home is safe to live in again.
Williamson County’s warm, humid summers create persistent moisture problems in crawl spaces and lower-level areas of homes. Poor drainage around foundations and inadequate vapor barriers allow moisture to accumulate, feeding mold colonies. Left untreated, mold can spread to wall framing and subfloor materials within weeks. CAMCO performs thorough mold remediation and improves ventilation to address the root cause, not just the visible growth.
Severe thunderstorms and high winds roll through Williamson County regularly, especially during spring and early summer. Hail can crack siding and puncture roofing materials, allowing rainwater to infiltrate attics and wall cavities before you notice interior staining. Delaying repairs gives water more time to saturate insulation and structural wood. CAMCO’s storm response team secures your property immediately and completes full structural repairs to bring your home back to pre-storm condition.

Camco and their PM Taylor have been amazing to work with. I am in a rental, through a large company. Often times the most unprofessional techs show up and explain very little. Taylor was kind and professional. There was clear communication every step of their scheduling process as well as work. Taylor even left my garage and the area of work cleaner than when work was started. Won't hesitate to use Camco for future project.Posted on Google

Taylor and Anthony with were absolutely wonderful to work with during a stressful water issue in my home. They communicated clearly every step of the way and always made sure I understood what was being done and why. They were quick to respond, personable, professional, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how dedicated they were to making sure everything was completely taken care of. They came by daily for 3 days to check the progress and took extra care to test and ensure there was no moisture left behind. Their attention to detail and consistency gave me a lot of peace of mind. I truly appreciated their hard work, professionalism, and kindness, and would highly recommend them to anyone.Posted on Google

When the ice storm of 2026 happened in Nashville, it damaged one of apartments from bursting pipes and water. I was told to find a "water mitigation" company by my insurance company. I was so glad to find Camco, already on another job on my street. They took charge of everything for me and also dealt directly with my insurance company and also acted promptly with great communication between us. Their employees did a great job for us. I highly recommend their services! Thank you Camco Construction!Posted on Google

Water Damage in a condo from a neighboring unit is never easy. I called CamCo the very night the water from upstairs was running through our smoke alarm. We discovered it was in our linen and hallway closests, in our kitchen cabinets upper and lower. A MESS! CamCo came and put in the dehumidifiers and took thermal picutures immediately. FINEALLY after playing pingpong with the other owners insurance, Our insurance made the claim and we were approved for every thing from asbestos abatement thru demo and reconstruction. Ryan, who is no longer there, Daniel McCurty who picked up Ryans place, Clint Cauthon and his team including Manor and Able (and a host of others I dont know the names of) did an excellent job of putting our Condo at Versailles Townhomes back togethter! As a past HOA Board member I had recommended CamCo and thier team company OneTom Plumbing many times. To my knowledge every workorder was completed professionally and at a fair price. As a Homeowner that experienced this calamity personally I can recommend them completely. If you have read this far I will give you a bit more. My husband was hospitalized for a broken leg when the originating event occured. In January he had a Liver Transplant and was just getting ready to come home after 122 days in the hospital when the work was approved and began. CamCo was extremely sensitive about all of our needs and we were actually able to be here through the entire experience. CamCo went way more than the extra mile. I will forever be grateful to this great team!Posted on Google

Costs in Williamson typically range from $1,500 for minor water intrusion to $15,000 or more for extensive flooding with structural repairs. The final cost depends on the size of the affected area, materials involved, and drying time required. Most jobs are covered fully or partially by homeowners insurance, and CAMCO works directly with your adjuster.
Drying and mitigation for most Williamson homes takes three to five days, depending on the extent of moisture and the materials affected. Reconstruction and finishing work can add one to three weeks for larger losses. CAMCO keeps you informed throughout the process and works to complete every phase on schedule.
Permit requirements in Williamson County depend on the scope of work. Mitigation and drying typically do not require permits, but structural repairs or electrical and plumbing work during reconstruction may. CAMCO’s team handles permit applications and coordinates with local building officials so you do not have to manage that process yourself.
Most standard homeowners insurance policies in Williamson cover sudden and accidental water damage, such as burst pipes or appliance failures. Flood damage from rising groundwater typically requires a separate flood insurance policy. CAMCO documents all damage thoroughly and communicates directly with your insurance company to support a fair and timely claim settlement.
