Our Services

Water Damage Restoration Services for Watertown Properties

CAMCO offers a full range of restoration services tailored to the conditions and home styles found across Watertown and Wilson County.

Water Damage Mitigation

Fast water extraction and structural drying are critical after a pipe burst or appliance leak in Watertown. Our technicians arrive quickly to stop secondary damage before it takes hold. We use industrial-grade equipment to dry walls, floors, and cavities completely.

Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration

Smoke and soot travel far beyond the room where a fire starts, affecting walls, ceilings, and HVAC systems throughout a Watertown home. CAMCO removes odors, cleans surfaces, and repairs structural damage caused by fire. We work with your insurance adjuster to document every affected area.

Mold Remediation

Mold grows quickly in Wilson County’s humid summers, especially in crawl spaces and basements common in Watertown homes. CAMCO locates the moisture source, safely removes mold colonies, and treats surfaces to stop regrowth. Proper containment protects the rest of your home during the process.

Storm Damage Restoration

Severe thunderstorms roll through Middle Tennessee regularly, bringing high winds and heavy rain that can damage roofs and siding in Watertown. CAMCO provides emergency tarping, debris removal, and full structural repairs after storm events. We help you file your insurance claim and get repairs completed fast.

Flood Damage Restoration

Flooding from heavy rainfall can push water into basements, crawl spaces, and lower levels of Watertown properties. Our team pumps out standing water, dries the structure, and sanitizes all affected areas. We restore flooring, drywall, and insulation damaged by floodwater.

Contents Pack-Out and Cleaning

When a disaster damages your belongings, CAMCO carefully packs out furniture, electronics, and personal items from your Watertown home for professional cleaning and storage. We inventory every item and return it once your home is restored. This protects your possessions while restoration work is underway.

Common Problems We Fix for Watertown Homeowners

Watertown properties face a range of damage risks year-round. CAMCO identifies the problem fast and applies the right fix to protect your home and your investment.

Water Damage from Plumbing Failures and Storms

Burst pipes, leaking water heaters, and backed-up drains are frequent causes of water damage in Watertown homes. Older plumbing in Wilson County properties can fail without warning, sending water into walls and subflooring before the homeowner notices. Warning signs include water stains, warped flooring, and musty smells. CAMCO extracts standing water, dries the structure, and repairs the source of the leak.

Fire and Smoke-Related Damage

House fires in Watertown leave behind more than visible char marks. Smoke and soot penetrate drywall, insulation, and ductwork, spreading odors and toxins throughout the home long after flames are out. Even a small kitchen fire can affect cabinets and ceilings in adjacent rooms. CAMCO removes smoke-damaged materials, deep-cleans surfaces, and neutralizes odors so your home is safe to live in again.

Mold Growth in Damp Basements and Crawl Spaces

Middle Tennessee’s warm, humid summers create ideal conditions for mold growth in Watertown crawl spaces and unfinished basements. A slow plumbing leak or poor drainage can keep these areas damp for weeks before mold becomes visible. Left untreated, mold spreads to floor joists and insulation and affects indoor air quality. CAMCO locates the moisture source, removes all affected materials, and applies treatments that prevent regrowth.

Storm Damage to Roofs, Siding, and Windows

Watertown sits in a region that regularly sees strong thunderstorms, hail, and high winds from spring through fall. These storms can tear off shingles, crack siding, and break windows, allowing rain to enter and cause interior water damage quickly. Homeowners sometimes miss subtle roof damage until water stains appear on ceilings. CAMCO provides emergency board-ups and tarping, then completes full structural repairs to close the building envelope.

Camco and their PM Taylor have been amazing to work with. I am in a rental, through a large company. Often times the most unprofessional techs show up and explain very little. Taylor was kind and professional. There was clear communication every step of their scheduling process as well as work. Taylor even left my garage and the area of work cleaner than when work was started. Won't hesitate to use Camco for future project.

Taylor and Anthony with were absolutely wonderful to work with during a stressful water issue in my home. They communicated clearly every step of the way and always made sure I understood what was being done and why. They were quick to respond, personable, professional, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how dedicated they were to making sure everything was completely taken care of. They came by daily for 3 days to check the progress and took extra care to test and ensure there was no moisture left behind. Their attention to detail and consistency gave me a lot of peace of mind. I truly appreciated their hard work, professionalism, and kindness, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

When the ice storm of 2026 happened in Nashville, it damaged one of apartments from bursting pipes and water. I was told to find a "water mitigation" company by my insurance company. I was so glad to find Camco, already on another job on my street. They took charge of everything for me and also dealt directly with my insurance company and also acted promptly with great communication between us. Their employees did a great job for us. I highly recommend their services! Thank you Camco Construction!

Water Damage in a condo from a neighboring unit is never easy. I called CamCo the very night the water from upstairs was running through our smoke alarm. We discovered it was in our linen and hallway closests, in our kitchen cabinets upper and lower. A MESS! CamCo came and put in the dehumidifiers and took thermal picutures immediately. FINEALLY after playing pingpong with the other owners insurance, Our insurance made the claim and we were approved for every thing from asbestos abatement thru demo and reconstruction. Ryan, who is no longer there, Daniel McCurty who picked up Ryans place, Clint Cauthon and his team including Manor and Able (and a host of others I dont know the names of) did an excellent job of putting our Condo at Versailles Townhomes back togethter! As a past HOA Board member I had recommended CamCo and thier team company OneTom Plumbing many times. To my knowledge every workorder was completed professionally and at a fair price. As a Homeowner that experienced this calamity personally I can recommend them completely. If you have read this far I will give you a bit more. My husband was hospitalized for a broken leg when the originating event occured. In January he had a Liver Transplant and was just getting ready to come home after 122 days in the hospital when the work was approved and began. CamCo was extremely sensitive about all of our needs and we were actually able to be here through the entire experience. CamCo went way more than the extra mile. I will forever be grateful to this great team!

From the initial call to CAMCO to the very end, the process went smoothly. Everyone was fantastic, and customer service was excellent. The 3 project managers were excellent and communications was timely and clear. As for the sub-contractors, they were the best and ensured that the end result was top notch and the mess was cleaned up as if they were never there. I would highly recommend CAMCO for you construction and restoration needs.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Costs in Watertown typically range from $1,500 to $8,000 depending on the size of the affected area, the water source, and the materials involved. Major flooding or sewage backup situations can exceed that range. CAMCO provides a detailed assessment and works with your insurance carrier to maximize your claim coverage.

Drying and mitigation usually take three to five days for most Watertown homes, though heavily saturated structures may need up to a week. Full reconstruction, including drywall replacement and flooring, can add another one to three weeks depending on the scope. CAMCO keeps you updated on progress throughout the entire project.

Mitigation and drying work generally do not require permits in Watertown. However, reconstruction that involves structural repairs, electrical work, or plumbing replacements may require permits through Wilson County’s building department. CAMCO handles permit coordination as part of the reconstruction process so you do not have to manage that on your own.

Most standard homeowner’s insurance policies in Watertown cover sudden and accidental water damage, such as a burst pipe or appliance leak. Gradual leaks or flood damage from outside the home typically require separate coverage. CAMCO works directly with your adjuster and documents damage thoroughly to support a strong insurance claim.
