CAMCO Construction & Restoration helps Springfield homeowners recover fast from water damage with certified technicians and 24/7 emergency response. We handle everything from extraction to full reconstruction, working directly with your insurance company to reduce your stress.
CAMCO provides professional Water Damage Restoration for homeowners across Springfield, TN. Located in Robertson County, Springfield is a growing Middle Tennessee city with a mix of older craftsman homes and newer suburban developments, each with unique vulnerabilities to moisture and storm damage.
Our crews work regularly in neighborhoods near Tom Austin Highway, along Memorial Boulevard, and close to Springfield Memorial Hospital. We know the local housing stock well and tailor our mitigation approach to the specific construction styles found throughout these areas of Springfield.
Our process covers full water extraction, structural drying with industrial dehumidifiers, moisture mapping, and damage documentation for your insurance claim. We stay on schedule, communicate clearly at every step, and do not cut corners on drying time, which is the most common cause of long-term structural problems.
Beyond water damage, our team also handles Fire & Smoke Restoration, Mold Remediation, Storm Damage Repair, Flood Damage Restoration, Contents Pack-Out Services, and full Reconstruction. You get a single experienced team for multiple recovery needs.
We are currently scheduling projects in Springfield and surrounding Robertson County communities. Call us today to book a consultation and get a clear picture of what recovery looks like for your home.
In addition to Springfield, CAMCO serves homeowners and businesses in Greenbrier, White House, Adams, Orlinda, and surrounding Robertson County communities. Our Middle Tennessee service area also extends to Nashville, Smyrna, Murfreesboro, and beyond.
Fast water removal is critical to limiting structural damage and preventing mold growth in Springfield homes. Our team arrives quickly with truck-mounted extraction units and sets up professional drying systems to protect your floors, walls, and belongings. We document everything for your insurance carrier from day one.
Fire damage leaves behind soot, odor, and hidden structural compromise that requires more than surface cleaning. Our Springfield restoration team assesses the full scope of fire and smoke damage before any work begins. We restore what can be saved and rebuild what cannot, returning your home to safe, livable condition.
Springfield’s humid Tennessee summers create ideal conditions for mold growth in crawl spaces, basements, and behind walls. CAMCO follows industry-standard containment and removal protocols to eliminate mold at the source, not just the surface. We also address the moisture source so mold does not return after remediation is complete.
Robertson County sees its share of severe thunderstorms, high winds, and occasional tornado activity that can damage roofs, siding, and structural framing. CAMCO responds quickly to storm-impacted homes in Springfield, securing the property first, then completing a full damage assessment. We coordinate with your insurance adjuster to make the claims process straightforward.
Flooding from heavy rainfall can push water into Springfield homes through foundation cracks, crawl spaces, and low-lying entryways. Our flood restoration process includes water extraction, contamination assessment, and thorough drying to prevent long-term damage. We work hard to protect your home’s structural integrity and indoor air quality after a flood event.
After mitigation is complete, many Springfield homes need structural repairs or full room reconstruction to get back to pre-loss condition. CAMCO handles drywall replacement, flooring installation, framing repairs, and finish work so you do not have to coordinate multiple contractors. One team manages the entire rebuild from assessment through final walkthrough.
When property damage strikes, you need a team that responds fast, communicates clearly, and delivers real results. CAMCO has built a reputation across Middle Tennessee for doing exactly that.

Knowing the warning signs early can save thousands in repair costs. CAMCO helps Springfield property owners identify and resolve damage before it grows into a bigger problem.
Burst pipes, failed appliance connections, and storm-driven rain intrusion are among the most common causes of water damage in Springfield homes. Older properties along Memorial Boulevard and near downtown Springfield often have aging plumbing that becomes vulnerable during hard freezes. Left untreated, even minor leaks lead to subfloor rot and mold within days. CAMCO extracts standing water, maps hidden moisture, and restores affected areas using professional-grade drying equipment.
House fires in Springfield can result from kitchen accidents, electrical faults, or heating equipment failures, especially in older homes with outdated wiring. Smoke and soot travel far beyond the point of origin, depositing residue in walls, HVAC systems, and personal belongings throughout the structure. The odor alone can make a home uninhabitable without proper treatment. CAMCO performs thorough smoke remediation, structural repairs, and contents restoration to bring your home back to safe condition.
Springfield’s warm, humid summers combined with poor crawl space ventilation create the perfect environment for mold colonies to develop out of sight. Many Robertson County homeowners discover mold months after a water event, once musty odors or health symptoms appear. Early warning signs include discoloration on drywall and visible growth near floor joists. CAMCO contains and removes mold at the source, then addresses the underlying moisture issue to prevent recurrence.
Middle Tennessee’s severe weather season brings strong storms through Robertson County every spring and fall, often leaving Springfield homes with damaged shingles, dented siding, and broken window seals. Even minor roof damage allows water infiltration that worsens quickly if not addressed. Homeowners sometimes underestimate storm damage because structural compromise is not always visible from the ground. CAMCO performs detailed post-storm inspections and handles all repairs, coordinating directly with your insurance adjuster throughout the process.

Camco and their PM Taylor have been amazing to work with. I am in a rental, through a large company. Often times the most unprofessional techs show up and explain very little. Taylor was kind and professional. There was clear communication every step of their scheduling process as well as work. Taylor even left my garage and the area of work cleaner than when work was started. Won't hesitate to use Camco for future project.Posted on Google

Taylor and Anthony with were absolutely wonderful to work with during a stressful water issue in my home. They communicated clearly every step of the way and always made sure I understood what was being done and why. They were quick to respond, personable, professional, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how dedicated they were to making sure everything was completely taken care of. They came by daily for 3 days to check the progress and took extra care to test and ensure there was no moisture left behind. Their attention to detail and consistency gave me a lot of peace of mind. I truly appreciated their hard work, professionalism, and kindness, and would highly recommend them to anyone.Posted on Google

When the ice storm of 2026 happened in Nashville, it damaged one of apartments from bursting pipes and water. I was told to find a "water mitigation" company by my insurance company. I was so glad to find Camco, already on another job on my street. They took charge of everything for me and also dealt directly with my insurance company and also acted promptly with great communication between us. Their employees did a great job for us. I highly recommend their services! Thank you Camco Construction!Posted on Google

Water Damage in a condo from a neighboring unit is never easy. I called CamCo the very night the water from upstairs was running through our smoke alarm. We discovered it was in our linen and hallway closests, in our kitchen cabinets upper and lower. A MESS! CamCo came and put in the dehumidifiers and took thermal picutures immediately. FINEALLY after playing pingpong with the other owners insurance, Our insurance made the claim and we were approved for every thing from asbestos abatement thru demo and reconstruction. Ryan, who is no longer there, Daniel McCurty who picked up Ryans place, Clint Cauthon and his team including Manor and Able (and a host of others I dont know the names of) did an excellent job of putting our Condo at Versailles Townhomes back togethter! As a past HOA Board member I had recommended CamCo and thier team company OneTom Plumbing many times. To my knowledge every workorder was completed professionally and at a fair price. As a Homeowner that experienced this calamity personally I can recommend them completely. If you have read this far I will give you a bit more. My husband was hospitalized for a broken leg when the originating event occured. In January he had a Liver Transplant and was just getting ready to come home after 122 days in the hospital when the work was approved and began. CamCo was extremely sensitive about all of our needs and we were actually able to be here through the entire experience. CamCo went way more than the extra mile. I will forever be grateful to this great team!Posted on Google

Water damage restoration costs in Springfield typically range from $1,500 for minor incidents to $15,000 or more for extensive flooding or structural damage. The final cost depends on the affected area, water category, and materials involved. CAMCO provides a detailed assessment before any work begins so you know exactly what to expect.
Most water damage restoration projects in Springfield take between three and seven days for drying and mitigation, depending on the extent of moisture intrusion. If structural repairs or reconstruction are needed, the full timeline can extend to two to four weeks. CAMCO keeps you informed at every stage so there are no surprises.
In Springfield, building permits are typically required when reconstruction involves structural work, electrical repairs, or plumbing replacement. The City of Springfield Building Department handles permit applications for these types of projects. CAMCO manages the permit process on your behalf so you do not have to navigate local requirements on your own.
Most standard homeowner’s insurance policies in Springfield cover sudden and accidental water damage, such as burst pipes or appliance failures, but exclude damage from gradual leaks or flooding. Flood damage typically requires a separate NFIP or private flood policy. CAMCO works directly with your insurance carrier to document the damage and support your claim from start to completion.
