When water damage strikes your Fairview home, every hour counts. CAMCO Construction & Restoration responds fast with IICRC-certified technicians, advanced drying equipment, and direct insurance billing to get your property back to normal quickly.
CAMCO Construction & Restoration provides Water Damage Restoration for homeowners across Fairview, TN, a growing Williamson County city of approximately 9,000 residents situated along the I-840 corridor in Middle Tennessee.
Our crews work throughout Fairview’s established neighborhoods, including areas near Spencer Creek Road, Bowie Nature Park, and along Highway 100. We know these homes well and tailor our response to the construction styles and soil conditions common in this part of Williamson County.
Our process starts with a thorough moisture assessment using professional-grade meters and thermal imaging. We extract standing water, deploy commercial dehumidifiers and air movers, document all damage for your insurer, and complete structural drying before any repairs begin. We stay on schedule and keep you informed at every step.
Beyond water damage, our team also handles fire and smoke restoration, mold remediation, storm damage repair, sewage cleanup, flood damage restoration, contents pack-out, and full reconstruction services. One call connects you to a complete recovery team.
We are currently scheduling projects in Fairview and surrounding communities. Call us today to book a consultation and get your home on the road to recovery.
In addition to Fairview, CAMCO Construction & Restoration serves homeowners and property owners in Brentwood, Franklin, Nashville, Smyrna, Murfreesboro, and many other Middle Tennessee communities within our service area.
Fast water extraction and structural drying are critical in Fairview homes, where humidity levels can accelerate secondary damage quickly. Our technicians arrive with truck-mounted extractors and industrial drying equipment to stop the spread. We document everything thoroughly to support your insurance claim.
Smoke and soot travel far beyond the room where a fire starts, embedding in walls, HVAC systems, and personal belongings throughout your Fairview home. Our restoration team cleans all affected surfaces, eliminates odors at the source, and rebuilds what cannot be saved. We coordinate directly with your insurance adjuster throughout the process.
Middle Tennessee’s humidity makes Fairview homes especially susceptible to mold growth after any water intrusion event. Our certified mold remediation team locates hidden colonies, contains the affected areas, and removes mold safely using EPA-approved methods. We also address the underlying moisture source to prevent regrowth.
Severe storms roll through the I-840 corridor regularly, leaving Fairview properties with damaged roofs, broken windows, and wind-driven water intrusion. CAMCO responds quickly to board up openings, tarp roofs, and begin the drying and repair process. Our crews are experienced with the storm patterns that affect this region.
Heavy rainfall can overwhelm drainage systems near Spencer Creek and low-lying areas of Fairview, pushing floodwater into garages, basements, and crawl spaces. We remove floodwater, sanitize contaminated surfaces, and dry the structure completely before reconstruction begins. Our team handles the full scope of flood recovery so you work with one point of contact.
After mitigation is complete, many Fairview homeowners need full reconstruction to restore damaged walls, flooring, cabinetry, and structural components. CAMCO’s licensed reconstruction team handles everything from framing to finish work, keeping your project moving on a clear timeline. You get a single contractor responsible for the entire restoration.
When property damage happens, you need a team that responds fast, communicates clearly, and delivers results. Here is what sets CAMCO apart from other restoration contractors in the area.
Water damage does not follow a 9-to-5 schedule. Our crews are available around the clock and arrive quickly to stop damage from spreading before it becomes a larger, costlier problem.
Every technician on our team holds current IICRC certification in water damage restoration. You get trained professionals using proven methods, not untrained laborers learning on your property.
We work directly with all major insurance carriers and handle the paperwork on your behalf. Our detailed documentation and adjuster communication helps ensure your claim is processed accurately and without delays.
From initial mitigation through complete reconstruction, CAMCO manages every phase of your recovery. One company, one point of contact, and no handoffs between contractors to slow down your project.
If your Fairview property has been affected by water, fire, mold, or storm damage, do not wait. Delays allow damage to worsen and increase repair costs significantly.
CAMCO Construction & Restoration is ready to respond now. Call us for 24/7 emergency service or schedule a consultation at your convenience.
Property damage comes in many forms. Knowing the warning signs early can save Fairview homeowners thousands of dollars in repair costs and protect the long-term safety of their homes.
Burst pipes, failed water heaters, and overflowing appliances are among the most common causes of interior water damage in Fairview. Older homes near Highway 100 and Spencer Creek Road often have aging supply lines that are prone to failure during cold snaps. Warning signs include discolored ceilings, warped flooring, and musty odors. Our team extracts water, dries the structure, and restores affected materials to pre-loss condition.
Kitchen fires, electrical faults, and chimney fires can cause extensive smoke and soot damage throughout a Fairview home far beyond the area of the original flame. Smoke penetrates drywall, insulation, and ductwork, leaving persistent odors that cannot be masked with standard cleaning products. Early intervention is critical before soot permanently stains surfaces. CAMCO removes all affected materials, applies odor-neutralizing treatments, and rebuilds damaged spaces to match your original finishes.
Fairview’s Middle Tennessee climate brings warm, humid summers that create ideal conditions for mold growth in crawl spaces, basements, and behind walls where moisture lingers after a water event. Homes near low-lying areas along Spencer Creek are particularly vulnerable after heavy rain. Visible mold, allergy symptoms, and a persistent musty smell are all warning signs that warrant a professional inspection. Our remediation team removes existing mold, treats the area, and installs barriers or improves ventilation to prevent it from returning.
Fairview sits in a region that regularly experiences severe thunderstorms, high winds, and occasional hail events that can strip shingles, crack siding, and break windows in a matter of minutes. Once the building envelope is compromised, rainwater enters quickly and causes structural damage if not addressed promptly. Common warning signs include missing shingles, water stains near windows, and dented gutters after a major storm. CAMCO provides emergency board-up, tarping, and full storm damage restoration to get your home secure and dry again.

Camco and their PM Taylor have been amazing to work with. I am in a rental, through a large company. Often times the most unprofessional techs show up and explain very little. Taylor was kind and professional. There was clear communication every step of their scheduling process as well as work. Taylor even left my garage and the area of work cleaner than when work was started. Won't hesitate to use Camco for future project.Posted on Google

Taylor and Anthony with were absolutely wonderful to work with during a stressful water issue in my home. They communicated clearly every step of the way and always made sure I understood what was being done and why. They were quick to respond, personable, professional, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how dedicated they were to making sure everything was completely taken care of. They came by daily for 3 days to check the progress and took extra care to test and ensure there was no moisture left behind. Their attention to detail and consistency gave me a lot of peace of mind. I truly appreciated their hard work, professionalism, and kindness, and would highly recommend them to anyone.Posted on Google

When the ice storm of 2026 happened in Nashville, it damaged one of apartments from bursting pipes and water. I was told to find a "water mitigation" company by my insurance company. I was so glad to find Camco, already on another job on my street. They took charge of everything for me and also dealt directly with my insurance company and also acted promptly with great communication between us. Their employees did a great job for us. I highly recommend their services! Thank you Camco Construction!Posted on Google

Water Damage in a condo from a neighboring unit is never easy. I called CamCo the very night the water from upstairs was running through our smoke alarm. We discovered it was in our linen and hallway closests, in our kitchen cabinets upper and lower. A MESS! CamCo came and put in the dehumidifiers and took thermal picutures immediately. FINEALLY after playing pingpong with the other owners insurance, Our insurance made the claim and we were approved for every thing from asbestos abatement thru demo and reconstruction. Ryan, who is no longer there, Daniel McCurty who picked up Ryans place, Clint Cauthon and his team including Manor and Able (and a host of others I dont know the names of) did an excellent job of putting our Condo at Versailles Townhomes back togethter! As a past HOA Board member I had recommended CamCo and thier team company OneTom Plumbing many times. To my knowledge every workorder was completed professionally and at a fair price. As a Homeowner that experienced this calamity personally I can recommend them completely. If you have read this far I will give you a bit more. My husband was hospitalized for a broken leg when the originating event occured. In January he had a Liver Transplant and was just getting ready to come home after 122 days in the hospital when the work was approved and began. CamCo was extremely sensitive about all of our needs and we were actually able to be here through the entire experience. CamCo went way more than the extra mile. I will forever be grateful to this great team!Posted on Google

Costs in Fairview typically range from $1,500 to $7,000 or more depending on the extent of damage, the size of the affected area, and the materials involved. Minor incidents like a small appliance leak may cost $1,500 to $3,000, while significant flooding with structural damage can exceed $10,000.
CAMCO provides a detailed scope of work before any charges are incurred, and we work directly with your insurance carrier to maximize your covered benefits.
Most water damage drying and mitigation projects in Fairview take three to five days for structural drying alone, depending on the moisture levels and materials affected. If reconstruction is needed after drying is complete, the total timeline can range from one to three weeks for moderate damage.
CAMCO keeps you updated throughout the process and coordinates with your insurance adjuster to avoid unnecessary delays that extend your displacement.
Mitigation work such as water extraction and drying typically does not require a permit in Fairview. However, reconstruction work involving structural repairs, electrical updates, or plumbing modifications may require permits through the City of Fairview or Williamson County Building and Codes department.
CAMCO handles the permit process on your behalf when required, ensuring all reconstruction work meets local code requirements before the project is closed out.
Most standard homeowner’s insurance policies in Fairview cover sudden and accidental water damage, such as a burst pipe or appliance failure, but typically exclude flood damage from rising groundwater or storm surge. Flood coverage requires a separate policy through the NFIP or a private insurer.
CAMCO works directly with all major insurance carriers and helps Fairview homeowners document damage thoroughly so claims are processed accurately and efficiently.
