College Grove properties face specific challenges related to weather, soil conditions, and home construction styles. CAMCO identifies and fixes these problems before they cause lasting damage.
Burst pipes, failed water heaters, and heavy spring rain events are common triggers for water damage in College Grove homes. Many properties in the area have crawl spaces and older plumbing that can fail without warning. Water spreads into flooring, walls, and insulation within hours. CAMCO extracts standing water, dries the structure completely, and replaces any materials too saturated to salvage.
Kitchen fires and chimney-related incidents are among the most frequent fire calls in rural Williamson County communities like College Grove. Smoke travels quickly through ductwork and into wall cavities, leaving odor and residue behind even in rooms that were not directly burned. Many homeowners underestimate how far smoke damage spreads. CAMCO performs full smoke deodorization, soot removal, and structural repairs to restore the home properly.
College Grove’s warm, humid summers combined with moisture intrusion in crawl spaces create near-perfect conditions for mold. Homes built on pier-and-beam foundations are especially vulnerable when vapor barriers fail or drainage is inadequate. Mold can go unnoticed for months, causing health concerns and structural deterioration. CAMCO’s remediation team removes existing mold, treats affected surfaces, and corrects the moisture source to stop regrowth.
Williamson County sees significant storm activity, including high winds and hail that can strip shingles, crack siding, and break windows on College Grove properties. Damage left unaddressed allows rain to enter the home, leading quickly to secondary water damage and mold. Warning signs include water stains on ceilings, drafts near windows, and visible granule loss on roofs. CAMCO provides fast storm damage repairs to seal the home and prevent further deterioration.

Camco and their PM Taylor have been amazing to work with. I am in a rental, through a large company. Often times the most unprofessional techs show up and explain very little. Taylor was kind and professional. There was clear communication every step of their scheduling process as well as work. Taylor even left my garage and the area of work cleaner than when work was started. Won't hesitate to use Camco for future project.Posted on Google

Taylor and Anthony with were absolutely wonderful to work with during a stressful water issue in my home. They communicated clearly every step of the way and always made sure I understood what was being done and why. They were quick to respond, personable, professional, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how dedicated they were to making sure everything was completely taken care of. They came by daily for 3 days to check the progress and took extra care to test and ensure there was no moisture left behind. Their attention to detail and consistency gave me a lot of peace of mind. I truly appreciated their hard work, professionalism, and kindness, and would highly recommend them to anyone.Posted on Google

When the ice storm of 2026 happened in Nashville, it damaged one of apartments from bursting pipes and water. I was told to find a "water mitigation" company by my insurance company. I was so glad to find Camco, already on another job on my street. They took charge of everything for me and also dealt directly with my insurance company and also acted promptly with great communication between us. Their employees did a great job for us. I highly recommend their services! Thank you Camco Construction!Posted on Google

Water Damage in a condo from a neighboring unit is never easy. I called CamCo the very night the water from upstairs was running through our smoke alarm. We discovered it was in our linen and hallway closests, in our kitchen cabinets upper and lower. A MESS! CamCo came and put in the dehumidifiers and took thermal picutures immediately. FINEALLY after playing pingpong with the other owners insurance, Our insurance made the claim and we were approved for every thing from asbestos abatement thru demo and reconstruction. Ryan, who is no longer there, Daniel McCurty who picked up Ryans place, Clint Cauthon and his team including Manor and Able (and a host of others I dont know the names of) did an excellent job of putting our Condo at Versailles Townhomes back togethter! As a past HOA Board member I had recommended CamCo and thier team company OneTom Plumbing many times. To my knowledge every workorder was completed professionally and at a fair price. As a Homeowner that experienced this calamity personally I can recommend them completely. If you have read this far I will give you a bit more. My husband was hospitalized for a broken leg when the originating event occured. In January he had a Liver Transplant and was just getting ready to come home after 122 days in the hospital when the work was approved and began. CamCo was extremely sensitive about all of our needs and we were actually able to be here through the entire experience. CamCo went way more than the extra mile. I will forever be grateful to this great team!Posted on Google

The 3 project managers were excellent and communications was timely and clear. As for the sub-contractors, they were the best and ensured that the end result was top notch and the mess was cleaned up as if they were never there. CAMCO provides a detailed estimate before any work begins, and we work with your insurance company to maximize your claim.
Most water damage restoration projects in College Grove take between three and seven days for drying and mitigation, followed by additional time for any reconstruction work needed. The drying phase alone typically takes two to four days depending on the size of the affected area and how saturated materials are. CAMCO keeps you informed throughout so there are no surprises on timeline or scope.
Permits in College Grove fall under Williamson County Building and Codes requirements.
