Our Services

Our Water Damage Restoration Services in Bellevue

In addition to Bellevue, CAMCO serves homeowners throughout the greater Nashville area, including Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, Antioch, and Smyrna. No matter where you are in Middle Tennessee, our team is ready to help.

Water Damage Mitigation

Bellevue’s proximity to the Harpeth River and its low-lying creek beds puts many homes at risk of water intrusion after heavy rain. Our team responds fast to extract standing water and set up drying equipment before structural damage sets in. Quick action protects your floors, walls, and framing from costly long-term damage.

Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration

House fires leave behind smoke odors and soot damage that spread far beyond the visible burn area. Our Bellevue restoration crews clean affected surfaces, remove odor-causing residue, and rebuild damaged structural elements. We document everything thoroughly to support your insurance claim.

Mold Remediation

Humid Tennessee summers and damp crawl spaces in older Bellevue homes create ideal conditions for mold growth. Our certified technicians locate hidden mold colonies, contain the spread, and remove affected materials safely. We also address the moisture source to prevent mold from returning.

Storm Damage Restoration

Severe storms moving through Middle Tennessee frequently impact Bellevue with high winds, hail, and heavy rainfall. CAMCO responds quickly to board up damaged openings, tarp exposed roofing, and begin interior repairs before secondary water damage occurs. Our team handles full storm restoration from emergency tarping through final reconstruction.

Flood Damage Restoration

Flood events along Bellevue’s creek systems can send water into basements and lower living areas with little warning. We remove floodwater, dry affected materials, and restore contaminated spaces to safe, livable condition. Our process includes full sanitation of any areas exposed to ground-level or sewage-mixed water.

Reconstruction Services

After major water or storm damage, Bellevue homeowners need more than cleanup. CAMCO’s reconstruction team rebuilds damaged walls, flooring, ceilings, and structural framing to match your home’s original condition. We manage the entire rebuild so you only have one point of contact through the whole recovery.

Common Problems We Fix for Bellevue Homeowners

Bellevue properties face unique risks from the local terrain, aging housing stock, and Middle Tennessee’s unpredictable weather. Here are the most common damage types our team handles in this area.

Water Damage from Plumbing Failures and Storms

Older homes throughout Bellevue’s established neighborhoods often have aging supply lines and water heaters that fail without warning. Combined with the heavy rainfall that moves through Davidson County, these failures can soak walls, flooring, and insulation within hours. Warning signs include warped floors, water stains on ceilings, and a sudden spike in your water bill. Fast extraction and professional drying prevent mold growth and structural rot from setting in.

Fire and Smoke-Related Damage

Kitchen fires and electrical faults are among the most common fire causes in Bellevue’s residential areas, many of which have older wiring in homes built before modern safety codes. Smoke and soot travel quickly through HVAC systems and spread far beyond the original burn site. Discoloration on walls, persistent odor, and sticky residue on surfaces are all signs that professional remediation is needed. CAMCO removes all smoke-damaged materials and treats affected areas with commercial-grade deodorization equipment.

Mold Growth in Damp Basements and Crawl Spaces

Bellevue’s humid climate and the crawl space construction common in its hillside homes create persistent moisture problems that fuel mold growth. Many homeowners do not discover mold until it has spread across floor joists, insulation, and subflooring. Musty odors, allergy symptoms, and soft flooring are key warning signs. Our remediation team removes affected materials, treats surfaces with antimicrobial agents, and installs vapor barriers to stop moisture from returning.

Storm Damage to Roofs, Siding, and Windows

Middle Tennessee storm systems bring hail and straight-line winds that regularly damage roofs and siding in Bellevue’s wooded residential areas. Falling tree limbs are a serious secondary hazard, frequently punching through roofing and causing immediate water intrusion. Missing shingles, cracked siding panels, and broken window seals all allow moisture to enter the building envelope. CAMCO secures the property immediately after the storm and completes full structural repairs to prevent further interior damage.

Camco and their PM Taylor have been amazing to work with. I am in a rental, through a large company. Often times the most unprofessional techs show up and explain very little. Taylor was kind and professional. There was clear communication every step of their scheduling process as well as work. Taylor even left my garage and the area of work cleaner than when work was started. Won't hesitate to use Camco for future project.

Taylor and Anthony with were absolutely wonderful to work with during a stressful water issue in my home. They communicated clearly every step of the way and always made sure I understood what was being done and why. They were quick to respond, personable, professional, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how dedicated they were to making sure everything was completely taken care of. They came by daily for 3 days to check the progress and took extra care to test and ensure there was no moisture left behind. Their attention to detail and consistency gave me a lot of peace of mind. I truly appreciated their hard work, professionalism, and kindness, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

When the ice storm of 2026 happened in Nashville, it damaged one of apartments from bursting pipes and water. I was told to find a "water mitigation" company by my insurance company. I was so glad to find Camco, already on another job on my street. They took charge of everything for me and also dealt directly with my insurance company and also acted promptly with great communication between us. Their employees did a great job for us. I highly recommend their services! Thank you Camco Construction!

Water Damage in a condo from a neighboring unit is never easy. I called CamCo the very night the water from upstairs was running through our smoke alarm. We discovered it was in our linen and hallway closests, in our kitchen cabinets upper and lower. A MESS! CamCo came and put in the dehumidifiers and took thermal picutures immediately. FINEALLY after playing pingpong with the other owners insurance, Our insurance made the claim and we were approved for every thing from asbestos abatement thru demo and reconstruction. Ryan, who is no longer there, Daniel McCurty who picked up Ryans place, Clint Cauthon and his team including Manor and Able (and a host of others I dont know the names of) did an excellent job of putting our Condo at Versailles Townhomes back togethter! As a past HOA Board member I had recommended CamCo and thier team company OneTom Plumbing many times. To my knowledge every workorder was completed professionally and at a fair price. As a Homeowner that experienced this calamity personally I can recommend them completely. If you have read this far I will give you a bit more. My husband was hospitalized for a broken leg when the originating event occured. In January he had a Liver Transplant and was just getting ready to come home after 122 days in the hospital when the work was approved and began. CamCo was extremely sensitive about all of our needs and we were actually able to be here through the entire experience. CamCo went way more than the extra mile. I will forever be grateful to this great team!

From the initial call to CAMCO to the very end, the process went smoothly. Everyone was fantastic, and customer service was excellent. The 3 project managers were excellent and communications was timely and clear. As for the sub-contractors, they were the best and ensured that the end result was top notch and the mess was cleaned up as if they were never there. I would highly recommend CAMCO for you construction and restoration needs.
