CAMCO Construction & Restoration provides Water Damage Restoration for homeowners across Arrington, TN, a rural community in Williamson County located roughly 30 miles southeast of Nashville along the Harpeth River corridor.
We work throughout the Arrington area, including properties near Arrington Vineyards, Concord Road, and the quiet residential streets that branch off Arrington Road. Our crews know the local home styles and how to restore them properly.
Our process begins with a thorough moisture assessment and damage mapping. We then extract standing water, deploy industrial drying equipment, treat affected materials, and document everything for your insurance claim before completing all structural repairs.
Beyond water damage, our full-service team handles Fire and Smoke Restoration, Mold Remediation, Storm Damage Repair, Flood Damage Restoration, and Contents Pack-Out and Cleaning services. One call gets you the right crew for any property disaster.
We are currently scheduling projects in Arrington and surrounding communities. Call us today to book a consultation and get a clear plan for restoring your property.
In addition to Arrington, CAMCO Construction & Restoration serves Nolensville, College Grove, Brentwood, Franklin, and communities throughout Williamson County and the greater Middle Tennessee region.
Fast mitigation limits how far water spreads through your Arrington home after a pipe failure, appliance leak, or roof breach. Our technicians extract standing water, remove saturated materials, and set industrial drying equipment to prevent secondary damage. We document every step to support your insurance claim.
Smoke and soot penetrate walls, ductwork, and furnishings long after a fire is out in Arrington homes. Our team performs structural cleaning, odor neutralization, and full reconstruction to return your property to pre-loss condition. We work directly with your insurance adjuster throughout the process.
Williamson County’s humid climate creates ideal conditions for mold growth in crawl spaces, basements, and wall cavities. Our certified technicians contain the affected area, remove contaminated materials, and treat surfaces to prevent regrowth. We also identify and correct the moisture source causing the problem.
Severe thunderstorms and high winds regularly cause roof damage, broken windows, and water intrusion across Arrington properties. CAMCO responds quickly to board up openings, extract water, and begin structural repairs before more damage can occur. We handle the entire restoration scope from emergency response to final rebuild.
Properties near low-lying areas and creek drainages in Arrington face real flood risk during heavy rain events. Our flood restoration team removes contaminated water, sanitizes affected areas, and dries the structure completely before any rebuild work begins. We restore both the structure and salvageable contents.
After damage is mitigated, your Arrington home still needs the structural repairs and finishing work to be fully livable again. CAMCO’s reconstruction crew handles drywall, flooring, framing, painting, and trim so you deal with one contractor from emergency response through final walkthrough. No handoff delays, no subcontractor surprises.

Arrington homes face specific threats tied to the region’s weather, soil conditions, and construction styles. Knowing what to watch for helps you act before small problems become expensive ones.
Burst pipes, failed water heaters, and washing machine supply line breaks are among the most frequent causes of interior water damage in Arrington homes. Many properties here feature crawl space foundations that can trap moisture and accelerate structural decay when a leak goes unnoticed. Warning signs include wet drywall, warped flooring, and musty odors near walls. Our team extracts water, dries the structure, and repairs all affected materials back to pre-loss condition.
House fires in rural Arrington often cause more damage than urban fires because longer response times allow flames to spread further before suppression. Smoke residue and soot embed into insulation, ductwork, and wood framing even in rooms the fire never reached. Homeowners frequently underestimate the scope until they notice persistent odors weeks later. CAMCO performs full structural cleaning, content restoration, and rebuilds affected areas to eliminate smoke damage completely.
Williamson County’s warm, humid summers push moisture into crawl spaces and lower-level areas of Arrington homes year after year. Properties with inadequate vapor barriers or poor drainage around the foundation are especially vulnerable to mold colonization behind walls and under floors. Visible black or green discoloration, allergy flare-ups, and musty air are common early warning signs. Our remediation process removes contaminated materials, treats surfaces, and corrects the moisture source to prevent recurrence.
Arrington sits in a corridor that regularly sees severe thunderstorms, large hail, and straight-line winds capable of tearing shingles and damaging siding. Roof breaches allow water to enter attic spaces, saturate insulation, and damage ceilings before homeowners even realize a leak exists. Hail impact can compromise siding and windows in ways that are not immediately visible but allow air and moisture infiltration over time. CAMCO provides emergency tarping, rapid structural assessment, and full storm damage repairs to get your property protected quickly.

Camco and their PM Taylor have been amazing to work with. I am in a rental, through a large company. Often times the most unprofessional techs show up and explain very little. Taylor was kind and professional. There was clear communication every step of their scheduling process as well as work. Taylor even left my garage and the area of work cleaner than when work was started. Won't hesitate to use Camco for future project.Posted on Google

Taylor and Anthony with were absolutely wonderful to work with during a stressful water issue in my home. They communicated clearly every step of the way and always made sure I understood what was being done and why. They were quick to respond, personable, professional, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how dedicated they were to making sure everything was completely taken care of. They came by daily for 3 days to check the progress and took extra care to test and ensure there was no moisture left behind. Their attention to detail and consistency gave me a lot of peace of mind. I truly appreciated their hard work, professionalism, and kindness, and would highly recommend them to anyone.Posted on Google

When the ice storm of 2026 happened in Nashville, it damaged one of apartments from bursting pipes and water. I was told to find a "water mitigation" company by my insurance company. I was so glad to find Camco, already on another job on my street. They took charge of everything for me and also dealt directly with my insurance company and also acted promptly with great communication between us. Their employees did a great job for us. I highly recommend their services! Thank you Camco Construction!Posted on Google

Water Damage in a condo from a neighboring unit is never easy. I called CamCo the very night the water from upstairs was running through our smoke alarm. We discovered it was in our linen and hallway closests, in our kitchen cabinets upper and lower. A MESS! CamCo came and put in the dehumidifiers and took thermal picutures immediately. FINEALLY after playing pingpong with the other owners insurance, Our insurance made the claim and we were approved for every thing from asbestos abatement thru demo and reconstruction. Ryan, who is no longer there, Daniel McCurty who picked up Ryans place, Clint Cauthon and his team including Manor and Able (and a host of others I dont know the names of) did an excellent job of putting our Condo at Versailles Townhomes back togethter! As a past HOA Board member I had recommended CamCo and thier team company OneTom Plumbing many times. To my knowledge every workorder was completed professionally and at a fair price. As a Homeowner that experienced this calamity personally I can recommend them completely. If you have read this far I will give you a bit more. My husband was hospitalized for a broken leg when the originating event occured. In January he had a Liver Transplant and was just getting ready to come home after 122 days in the hospital when the work was approved and began. CamCo was extremely sensitive about all of our needs and we were actually able to be here through the entire experience. CamCo went way more than the extra mile. I will forever be grateful to this great team!Posted on Google

The 3 project managers were excellent and communications was timely and clear. As for the sub-contractors, they were the best and ensured that the end result was top notch and the mess was cleaned up as if they were never there. Costs in Arrington typically range from $1,500 to $8,000 for most residential water damage jobs, depending on the extent of damage, affected materials, and drying time required. Larger flood events or sewage-related damage can run higher. Most homeowners file an insurance claim, and CAMCO works directly with your carrier to document and bill appropriately.
Drying and mitigation in an Arrington home typically takes three to five days depending on material types and the volume of water involved. Reconstruction work following mitigation can add one to three weeks based on the scope of structural repairs needed. CAMCO keeps you updated at every stage so there are no surprises on timeline.
In Arrington, which falls under Williamson County jurisdiction, permits are generally required when restoration work involves structural repairs, electrical work, or plumbing replacements. Mitigation and drying activities typically do not require a permit on their own. CAMCO handles permit applications on your behalf for any reconstruction phase that requires county approval.
Most standard homeowner’s insurance policies in Arrington cover sudden and accidental water damage, such as burst pipes or appliance failures, but not gradual leaks or flood events. Flood damage typically requires a separate NFIP or private flood insurance policy. CAMCO provides detailed documentation and works directly with adjusters to help you maximize your covered claim.
